2 · DESIGN BRIEF
Two steps, in order: Step 1 — generate the top-down 2D masterplan from your diagram. Once it's ready, Step 2 — generate the 3D aerial views one at a time, each locked to that same plan. The aerial button stays disabled until the 2D plan exists.
Set a height for each buildable zone. You can also pick specific building types for a zone and give each its own height (overrides that zone's height for those types). Green, blue and grey are landscape / water / roads — no height.
Step 1 uses a locked professional 2D planning style automatically: perpendicular orthographic view, flat plan graphics, exact zoning/road geometry, no perspective, no 3D masses, no weather, people, cars or photographic effects.
Used only in Step 2 for the 3D aerial architecture. Step 1 ignores architectural identity and creates a neutral professional planning drawing so the zoning geometry remains legible and unchanged.
These affect the 3D aerial views only — not the top-down 2D plan. Leave “Auto” to let the tool decide.
