2 · DESIGN BRIEF
Two steps, in order: Step 1 — generate the top-down 2D masterplan from your diagram. Once it's ready, Step 2 — generate the 3D aerial views one at a time, each locked to that same plan. The aerial button stays disabled until the 2D plan exists.
Set a height for each buildable zone. You can also pick specific building types for a zone and give each its own height (overrides that zone's height for those types). Green, blue and grey are landscape / water / roads — no height.
Step 1 uses a locked professional 2D planning style automatically: perpendicular orthographic view, flat plan graphics, exact zoning/road geometry, no perspective, no 3D masses, no weather, people, cars or photographic effects.
Used only in Step 2 for the 3D aerial architecture. Step 1 ignores architectural identity and creates a neutral professional planning drawing so the zoning geometry remains legible and unchanged.
These affect the 3D aerial views only — not the top-down 2D plan. Leave “Auto” to let the tool decide.

✦Alternative providers — optional, alongside OpenAI, none supports masked editing or Geometry Lock; each produces a fresh top-down 2D masterplan directly from your zoning diagram. Any later edit or aerial view still runs through this page's OpenAI engine, whichever provider made the plan.

The key is sent to this site's /api/providers endpoint for this request only. If left empty, the studio's own Gemini key is used when available. Gemini ("Nano Banana") responds immediately — no waiting or polling — and gives the best consistency of the four alternative providers.

The key is sent to this site's /api/providers endpoint for this request only. If left empty, the studio's own FLUX key is used when available. FLUX (Black Forest Labs) is asynchronous but usually fast (seconds); it uses a single reference image and its result URLs expire in about 10 minutes — download your result promptly.
🔑 Your Adobe Firefly credentials (Client ID + Secret) ▾
Firefly uses OAuth2 — a Client ID and Client Secret, not a single key — from the Adobe Developer Console. Sent to this site's /api/providers endpoint for this request only. Firefly works from a structure reference (a layout guide), not a literal mask.
This tool generates the 2D masterplan plus ONE matching 3D aerial view. You can still Enhance or edit that one aerial. To get a different aerial, update the 2D masterplan above (Modify the 2D masterplan) — that unlocks one new aerial for the updated plan.
