UrbanGPT.AI is a professional planning and design tool. It is built to be privacy-conscious by design: most of what you do happens in your own browser, we do not run advertising trackers, and subscriber email addresses are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes rather than as readable text.

Some editions offer optional AI-assisted features, such as image generation, that require you to provide your own third-party API key (for example, an OpenAI key).

The Platform does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use limited browser storage on your device to remember access state within an edition and to hold any AI key you have entered. This information stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
We retain subscriber access records (the email hash, activation date and plan) for as long as needed to provide and administer your access, and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship. Technical logs are retained for limited periods by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including storing subscriber emails only as one-way hashes, serving the Platform over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and applying a content-security policy that restricts what the site may load. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Some of our service providers (for example, payment, hosting, font and AI providers) may process information on servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps consistent with the PDPL to protect it.
