The agreement that governs access to the UrbanGPT.AI platform and its editions — covering subscriptions and licences, acceptable use, intellectual property, and the conceptual nature of AI-generated outputs.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UrbanGPT.AI platform at urbangpt-ai.com and its editions (together, the “Platform”), operated by Saudi Urban Intelligence Studio (“SUIS”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, including any free preview, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. The Platform is intended for professional and educational use in urban planning, urban design, architecture, landscape and related fields. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We offer the following access models:
Access is granted to you as a single subscriber and is verified through a licence key and an access list. Your access is personal to you (or, for enterprise and studio arrangements, to the named organisation and its permitted users) and must not be shared, resold or transferred. Prices, plans and features may change; changes do not affect the term you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you also agree to that provider’s terms. Subscriptions are granted for a fixed term (for example, 90, 180 or 365 days) and provide access for that period.
Because the Platform delivers immediate digital access, and a free preview is available to evaluate it before purchase, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing. If you believe there has been a billing error or a technical problem that prevented access, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
The Platform, the editions, the 35-stage engine and methodology, the prompt architecture, the user interface, text, design and all related materials are owned by Saudi Urban Intelligence Studio and Prof. Ibrahim Hegazy and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the permitted purpose during your term; it does not transfer any ownership.
You retain ownership of the project inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you may use the Outputs you generate for your own planning, design, study and presentation purposes, including, for paid plans, commercial project work — always subject to the conditions in the next section.
UrbanGPT.AI Outputs are AI-generated, conceptual and illustrative. They are not construction, permit, regulatory, or financial determinations, and they are not a substitute for licensed professional services.
All designs, values and compliance or feasibility indications must be independently verified by appropriately licensed professionals — including SCE-registered engineers and architects in Saudi Arabia — and by the relevant authorities, before being relied upon or implemented. Where a competition or client requires it, you must disclose your use of AI.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating and adapting any Output before use, and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable codes, regulations and professional obligations.
The Platform relies on, or can connect to, third-party services — including a payment provider, a hosting provider, font and mapping services, and, where you opt in, AI providers that you access with your own key. We do not control these services and are not responsible for them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s terms, and you are responsible for your own accounts, keys and any charges they incur.
The Platform and its Outputs are tools to support professional work; they do not constitute engineering, architectural, planning, legal, financial or other professional advice, and no engineer-client, architect-client or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Platform. Professional judgement and licensed sign-off remain entirely your responsibility.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that Outputs will be accurate, complete, current or code-compliant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saudi Urban Intelligence Studio and Prof. Ibrahim Hegazy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saudi Urban Intelligence Studio and Prof. Ibrahim Hegazy from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or any Output, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the Platform or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. On termination, your right to access the Platform ends; sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
